JBL Comments On Replacing Jerry Lawler, Attitude Era Footage Pulled, More On Dr. Shelby

- We noted last week that WWE was pulling some "dated and edgier" footage from their digital media platforms, claiming that the footage was being used out of context for political reasons. The company has since pulled Attitude-era footage from their YouTube account.

- Former WWE Champion JBL confirmed on his Twitter that he would be replacing Jerry "The King" Lawler on commentary, writing, "@jerrylawler @wwe share a birthday with King and wish my friend the best! I'll be keeping ur seat warm Jerry! Get well soon, love u King!... Big question to @jerrylawler how did u put up with @michaelcole ?"

- As noted earlier, SuperLuchas reported that actor Sam Huntington has been playing Dr. Shelby on WWE TV. Judging from the footage below, the actor portraying Dr. Shelby is clearly not Huntington.
