John Layfield Appearing On Raw Next Week, Tag Team Tournament Matches Set For This Week

- It was announced on Raw Monday that John "Bradshaw" Layfield will return to the announce desk on next week's show. Last week, the former WWE Champion successfully reached the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa, as part of his Seven Summits for Kids campaign.

- As announced by SmackDown General Manager Booker T last Friday, Team Hell No will defend the WWE Tag Team Championship at Hell in a Cell against the winners of an eight-team tournament. Two matches were set on Raw for later this week.

Zack Ryder and Santino Marella will face Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd on Wednesday's premiere episode of WWE Main Event on ION Television, with the winners facing Team Rhodes Scholars (Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow) in the semifinals. The Prime Time Players (Darren Young and Titus O'Neil) will face Kofi Kingston and R-Truth on this Friday's episode of SmackDown, with the winners facing Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara in the semifinals. Mysterio and Cara defeated Epico and Primo on Raw Monday to advance to the semifinals.
