TNA Impact Results - Hogan & Sting Choose Partner, King Mo Debuts, Hardy-Aries-Bully And More

We begin tonight with a recap of what happened last week between Storm and Roode. What will happen when King Mo jumps in? Hardy and Aries' feud and the Aces & 8's angle are chronicled. We go to Hogan's office and he talks to Sting about Aces & 8's. They need to pick someone for their team before the night is over; Sting is going to do some scouting. We go to pyro and Mike Tenay welcomes us to the show.

We go to Mr. Anderson cutting a promo on the stage while introducing himself. He tells Hogan and Sting to watch this. Gunner makes his entrance with Kid Kash.

Mr. Anderson vs. Gunner

Gunner goes right at Anderson and gets a decisive lead. Anderson hits a dropkick and Gunner goes out to regroup. Anderson gets out of the ring but is hit with a cheap shot by Kash as Sting looks on from a monitor in the back. Gunner hits a reverse elbow and a 2 in the ring. Gunner sends him into the corner but Anderson counters and hits a Mic Check out of nowhere for the win.

Winner by pin: Mr. Anderson

Kid Kash immediately jumps Anderson but ends up falling victim to a Mic Check as well.

We go to the back where Tara is talking on the phone about George and Stacey. Gail Kim interrupts and says they have a match. They have words and Kim tells her that if Tara wins the title back, then Kim is coming for her. We go to commercial.

We're back and we pan up from Christy Hemme's boots as she introduces Kim and Tara. Miss Tessmacher and ODB make their entrance. Taryn is in the ring as the ref.

Gail Kim & Tara vs. Miss Tessmacher & ODB

ODB starts off with Kim and takes her down then throws her into the corner and charges into her. ODB hits a slam and smacks her crotch and then Kim's butt. Tessmacher tags in and hits a dropkick which drops Kim in the corner, setting up for the Stinkface from Tessmacher. ODB tags back in but Kim avoids the Bronco Buster and tags Tara. ODB sends Tara in hard to the corner and delivers the Bronco Buster. Kim interferes from the apron which gives Tara the opening to take ODB down. Tara tags Kim who keeps the pressure on. Kim hits a nice clothesline for 2. Tara tags herself in and puts the boots to ODB. ODB gets her knees up to thwart Tara and leaps in for the tag to Tessmacher. Tara bumps around for her; Tessmacher sloppily misses a splash. Tessmacher uses Tara's hair for a faceplant but Kim breaks the cover which brings in ODB with her flask in hand. Kim drops ODB to the outside. Tara pushes Kim into Tessmacher and hits the Widow's Peak for the win.

We go to AL Snow and Bruce Prichard looking over some papers in the back and they say everything looks in order. Prichard tells Snow it's up to him to sign it and Snow says he will. Bruce sends Snow to get someone to look over the live events. We go to commercial.

We return to a video of the recent events involving Al Snow and Joey Ryan. Snow walks to the ring. Snow introduces Joey Ryan and he comes to the ring in a "Legalize Sleaze" T-shirt and a scarf. Ryan gets loud boos and "you suck" chants. Snow says he did something that put TNA in a bad spot and he apologizes to Ryan. Ryan tells him to say he's sorry from him not TNA management. Snow says he's sorry and extends his hand. Ryan says he's the one in control and calls Snow pathetic. He says he manipulated everyone and tonight is about him. He tells Snow to share the other agreement that was made per his legal team. Snow pulls out a contract for Ryan from TNA. Snow tries to get him to read it but Ryan stops him. Ryan tells Snow to turn around so he can sign it on his back. Snow is fighting hard to keep cool. Ryan dots some stiff "I's" on his back and hands the contract to Snow and tells him to announce the newest TNA Superstar. Snow tells him he should have read it more closely. Snow says he doesn't have a permanent spot because his contract is for only one night: Bound for Glory. Snow says he's the opponent and that he's going to beat his a** and he walks away as Ryan looks over the contract as he panics in the ring.

We go to Sting and Angle talking in the back as Daniels & Kazarian eavesdrop. Angle tells Sting he has no problem pulling double-duty at Bound for Glory. Sting tells him he needs to think about it because he's Kurt Angle. Angle goes to leave and runs into Bully Ray. They have a stare down and Angle walks away. Bully walks up to Sting and says he would be in the title match if it wasn't for Aces & 8's. He asks Sting what he has to do to be his partner and Bound for Glory. He says he wants it more than anybody. Sting tells him to make something happen. Sting gives him a pep-talk and tells him he's the biggest baddest bully there is and that's what he needs. He screams "I need a bully!" We go to commercial.

We're back as RVD makes his entrance followed by Samoa Joe.

TNA Television Championship: Samoa Joe (c) vs. RVD

They lock up and Joe just shoves RVD off. They go again and Joe takes RVD down and they grapple on the mat. Joe hits vicious clotheslines and then a kick to the head in the corner. The crowd chants for RVD. Joe applies the STF but RVD reaches the ropes and slides out of the ring. Joe follows and RVD kicks him in the leg. Joe fights back and sends RVD into the steel steps. Joe sends him back in and but misses in the corner RVD hits a kick to the face and a springboard kick followed by Rolling Thunder for 2. RVD continues with signature offense but Joe counters the monkey-flip. RVD goes up top and hits a crossbody and another kick out of nowhere. RVD waits to long playing to the crowd and Joe catches him up top and brings him down into a Muscle Buster for the win.

Winner by pin and STILL TNA TV Champion: Samoa Joe

We go to the back where Daniels & Kazarian, Chavo & Hernandez, and AJ Styles argue about Sting and Aces & 8's. They say they heard Angle say he doesn't even want to be in the tag match and that he could beat Chavo & Hernandez without AJ. We go to commercial.

We return to Dixie narrating a Bound for Glory "Memories" from 2005 featuring Sting. We see King Mo in walking in the back from earlier in the day.

We go to Austin Aries and Jeff Hardy smoothing things over in the parking lot. Bully Ray approaches them and says that he will punch one of them in the face later. He says he's going to prove himself by beating the #1 contender. Aries takes exception and says he should prove it by beating the champ. They argue and Hardy breaks it up with the proposition of a triple-threat. Bully likes it and walks away and Aries is sarcastic with his "thanks" to Hardy.

We go to the ring for introductions. Chavo and Hernandez come to the ring as we see a replay from the 3-way from last week. Hector Guerrero is shown on Spanish commentary. Kurt Angle makes his entrance with AJ Styles.

Kurt Angle vs. Chavo Guerrero

They lock up and Angle goes behind but Chavo applies a headlock. Angle hits a side suplex but Chavo hangs on. Angle gets out and hits boots in the corner. Chavo turns it around and lands uppercuts. Angles scouts and hits a nice back bodydrop. Angle goes back to boots in the corner. Chavo tries to fight back but Angle drops him with a vicious clothesline and a gut wrench for 2. Angle hits a Tilt-A-Whirl across the knee and gets another 2. Chavo fights back and hits a sloppy head scissors takedown. Chavo hits a dropkick and rolls over Angle and makes the cover for 2. Angle hits an over the head release suplex. Chavo counters the Angle Slam attempt and hits a hurricanrana and sits down for 2. Chavo hits a suplex but Angle breaks it and hits his own trio. Angle goes for an Ankle Lock but Chavo kicks him off and finishes the 3 Amigos (4 total). Chavo goes up top but misses with the Frogsplash. Angle hits the Angle Slam and pulls down the straps. Hernandez distracts him and Chavo rolls Angle up from behind for the win.

Winner by pin: Chavo Guerrero

Angle and Chavo get into a shoving match and AJ and Hernandez get involved. Daniels and Kazarian sip martinis on the ramp and look on. Chavo invites them in the ring and says they have his belts. We see a vignette for King Mo as Tenay says we will hear from him tonight. We go to commercial.

We're back and Douglas Williams is introduced followed by Zema Ion.

X-Division Championship: Zema Ion (c) vs. Douglas Williams

Ion goes right at Williams but stops to take off his jacket and they go back and forth Williams kicks him in the face and sends him to the outside with a clothesline. Williams follows but Ion sends him into the steel post. Back in the ring, Ion viciously pulls back on Williams' arm for the win. Ion won't break the hold so the ref reverses the decision.

Winner by disqualification: Douglas Williams

Ion grabs the mic and tells Hogan and Sting he knows he's 1st on their list but they should take him off because he's too pretty and too f'n dangerous. We go to Taz and Tenay who say the main event is official for tonight: Hardy vs. Bully vs. Aries. Tenay sends to a video package for King Mo. We see him shadow-boxing on his way to the ring as we go to commercial.

We're back and Bruce Prichard is showing D-Lo Brown some footage of a live event of Matt Morgan kicking a ref in the face. Prichard asks how long it's been since Morgan has been seen in a TNA ring. D-Lo says 6 months. Prichard blames D-Lo and tells him it can never happen again.

We go to the ring as James Storm makes his way to the ring. Storm says we are 10 days away from Bound for Glory. He says he going there to prove that he is the better man. He says Hogan has inserted a special enforcer in that match. Roode's music hits and he comes on the stage and says he doesn't give a damn about King Mo. He says Storm has been jealous of him from the beginning. He says this will be a fight and he will not be satisfied until he has ended Storm's career and no man can do anything about it. King Mo's music hits and he comes out behind Roode. Roode gets in Mo's face and touches his robe, chain, and crown. Roode pushes Mo back and Mo answers with a shove that puts Roode on his a**. Roode begs off as Mo walks to the ring.

Mo gets in the ring and stares down Storm who raises Mo's arm and they share beers and spray the fans.

We go to Hogan and Sting. Hogan has made his decision. Sting says there is one more match and he has to watch Bully. Hogan says he will watch with him. We go to commercial.

We see a video of Aces & 8's kidnapping Hogan and Sting from last week. We go to jumper cables being sparked. We see Joseph Park tied up and gagged in a chair in a dark room and water is thrown on him. He is surrounded by Aces & 8's. He begs to be let go. The leader tells the camera that Park is OK. He says it's been entertaining watching the auditions tonight but he doesn't have to look very far to find volunteers. The camera pans the members. The guy says they are willing to die for the brotherhood. They rip open Park's shirt and spark the jumper cables as Park spazzes out and the camera goes dark.

Tenay and Taz rundown the Bound for Glory card.

We go to the ring as Bully Ray and his calves make their entrance. Jeff Hardy comes out, followed by Austin Aries.

Jeff Hardy vs. Bully Ray vs. Austin

We're back and Bully is taking it to Hardy. Hardy hits a suplex and Bully rolls out as Aries rolls in. Bully pulls Hardy out and lays him out and takes his place. Aries hits a double boot and a flying clothesline on Bully. Bully gets a big boot-up in the corner. Hardy comes in and jumps off Aries' back for a leg across Bully's chest. Hardy hits a flurry and hits the Twist of Fate of Bully. Hardy connects with the Swanton but Aries breaks the cover and applies the Last Chancery on Bully as Hardy breaks things up. Hardy and Aries argue as Bully runs up and hits them both with a double clothesline. Bully tosses Hardy out and launches Aries out also using Aries' own momentum. Aries goes up top and hits a missile dropkick on Bully in the ring but Bully counters the Brain Buster and goes outside and asks where his chain is. He calls the ring girl a "stupid bi**h" and grabs the World Title and enters the ring. Bully side steps Hardy and sends him into Aries and hits the Bubba Bomb on Hardy and rolls him up for the win and leaves up the ramp and asks Sting if he saw that.

Winner by pin: Bully Ray

Aries yells at Hardy in the ring that he had him. The crowd chants for Hardy as Aries goes on the ropes and holds his title up to boos.

We go to the office as Hogan and Sting exit and we go to commercial.

We're back as Hogan and Sting come out to Sting's music. Hogan says he can't help but think how personal this has gotten. He says Sting is who Aces & 8's have to watch and he needs a partner. Hogan puts over Joe and Bully and says they need a man who can get the job done. Hogan says it's Mr. Anderson and invites him out to confirm. Anderson doesn't show and we go to the parking lot to see him laid out by Aces & 8's. Hogan calls for help. Joe and others check on Anderson as Bully enters the ring and tells Sting to talk some sense into Hogan. Bully says if they're going to war, they have to go with a warrior. He says they need him. He asks if Sting knows who he is as the crowd chants for Devon. He tells Sting to tell Hogan he's the guy. Sting starts to tell Hogan but Bully interrupts and puts out his hand to Hogan. Hogan hesitates but he shakes and says Bully works for him and all these people.
