- After Gawker.com released footage of Hulk Hogan's sex tape yesterday, TMZ reports that Hogan is threatening legal action if it's not removed. Hogan appears nude in the clip that was released by Gawker and he's not happy about it. Hogan's lawyers are currently working on serving Gawker with a cease-and-desist letter. Hogan's lawyer told TMZ:
"This tape was made secretly without Hulk's knowledge or permission. We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law."
