Source: CBS SacramentoAs noted earlier, CBS Sacramento reporter Laura Cole is reporting that Charles Schmidt, the fan that was hit by CM Punk at RAW this past Monday night, is considering filing a lawsuit.
Schmidt discussed the incident with Cole outside of the arena.
"Next thing you know he comes at me, and pops me and my glasses go flying and I go down to the ground," Cole said.
Schmidt went on to deny ever touching Punk, and said that he was surprised by Punk's actions. You can check out the story from CBS Sacramento below:
