- We noted back in August that WWE had signed French wrestler Lucas di Leo to a developmental contract. He is now using the name Louis Fontaine. Fontaine is the name of his former trainer, Pierre Booster Fontaine.

- Walmart stores are selling an exclusive version of WWE's new CM Punk DVD that comes with a pair of Punk wristbands.

- We noted before that John Cena attended the Make-A-Wish Foundation's Evening of Excellence on Thursday night. Cena was there to be honored as the first recipient of the 300th Wish Award. Cena granted his 300rd wish back in June but was just now honored for it. He was presented the award by Wish mom Judith, whose late son Justin was the second Wish child that Cena ever met. Cena said:

"It's extremely rewarding, very rewarding. The wish could be anything... anything. Over 300 of these families have chosen to hang out with me. That's very difficult to put into perspective."
