SmackDown Draws Poor Rating, WWE Returns To Russia & Switzerland, Booker T's Latest

- Tuesday's SuperSmackDown LIVE garnered a 1.52 rating. As noted earlier, TV By The Numbers reported that the show averaged 2.202 million viewers.

PWTorch noted that it was the lowest rated first-run show of the year, however a poor rating was expected given that it was Election Night.
