Star Suffers Gruesome Injury During Title Match At WWE TLC (Photo)

R-Truth suffered an injury during his match with Antonio Cesaro during tonight's TLC pay-per-view. Truth suffered a pretty bad cut on his knee, which may have been why the match ended somewhat abruptly.

Truth noted on his Twitter that a doctor cleaned the cut and stitched it up, and posted this photo of the injury:
