- WWE will tape three more episodes of NXT TV tonight from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels will be making a special appearance. It's possible that Big E Langston will drop the NXT Title at tonight's tapings since he is now on WWE's main roster. Join us later tonight for full spoilers from Full Sail.

- You may remember independent wrestler Brian Jack filed a lawsuit against WWE last year before having it quickly thrown out by a judge in Wisconsin. The suit named WWE, FCW, Santino Marella and Beth Phoenix, among others. The Wrestling Observer reports that Jack has filed another lawsuit against WWE in Florida, naming NXT head Steve Keirn, NXT, FCW and other John and Jane Does to be named. Jack alleges that back in 2009, he was invited to FCW's training center and after a ring he was working in collapsed, he broke his knee. Jack is seeking damages and has requested a jury trial.

- The January 2nd episode of WWE Main Event with The Great Khali vs. Antonio Cesaro set a new record for the show - a 1.0 rating with 1.65 million viewers.
