John Cena And Alberto Del Rio Hype The Royal Rumble, AJ Lee's Proud Moments, La Parka

- Alberto Del Rio hyped tonight's Royal Rumble pay-per-view on Twitter:

"Today is the day R. Rumble I will defend my WHC with everything,and at the end a giant will fall to have ADR as the last man standing."

- John Cena tweeted about the Royal Rumble this morning. It appears "Joe" he refers to is Joe Hennig, also known as Michael McGillicutty. The Rock posted a photo of he and McGillicutty training together earlier this week. Here are Cena's comments:

"Have had very few moments to reflect on life, this week I took much needed time. Focused more than ever. Evolution begins with the 1st step. Glad to see @TheRock truly giving his all. Joe is most under rated superstar in @WWE @CMPunk better be ready for tonight"

- AJ Lee called being on the cover of the WWE TLC DVD and the Best of RAW and SmackDown 2012 DVD some of her proudest moments.
