- WWE Hall of Famer Dory Funk Jr. turns 72 years old today while Marty Jannetty turns 53 and former Diva Angela Fong turns 28. Also, today would have been the 53rd birthday for WWE Hall of Famer Kerry Von Erich.

- WWE will present their "Pre-Game Pandemonium" shows today before the NFL Super Bowl. The RAW show starts at 1pm from Birmingham, Alabama and the SmackDown show starts at 1pm from Augusta, Georgia. RAW matches include John Cena and Ryback vs. CM Punk and Dolph Ziggler, Kane and Daniel Bryan vs. The Shield, The Miz vs. Antonio Cesaro and Kaitlyn vs. Tamina Snuka. Set for the SmackDown show is Big Show vs. Alberto Del Rio, Damien Sandow vs. Sheamus and Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton.
