WWE Live Event Results From Champaign (2/9) - Del Rio Faces Champion, Fandango's Finisher

Thanks to WrestlingINC.com reader Patty Torres for sending in these results from last night's SmackDown live event in Champaign, IL:

Only a few side comments will be put here. They didn't sell seats in the high up area, the assembly hall was 85-90% full for the sections they were selling seats for. Security guards were amazing, usually I get trampled by kids leaning over the rails and people standing up, that didn't fly last night.

Brodus Clay defeated Conor O'Brian with a splash. After the match, they brought children into the ring to dance with them.

Alicia Fox defeated Askana with her finisher, which was botched.

On the titantron The Shield cut a promo about their tag match with Randy Orton and Sheamus later in the evening.

Kofi Kingston defeated Heath Slater. Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal got ejected mid match and Kofi hit the Trouble in Paradise to pick up the win.

Wade Barrett cut a promo on the tron.

They had us live vote what the main event could be a 2 out 3 falls or a no disqualifications via text/Twitter

Randy Orton and Sheamus defeated Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose via disqualification. Ambrose was about to get an RKO and Roman Reigns interfered. Randy RKOed both Dean and Roman, and I believe Seth got a Brogue Kick from Sheamus.

There was a 15 minutes intermission.

Fandango defeated Yoshi Tatsu. Fandango did a modified DDT that looked like he was dipping a person during a dance.

The Great Khali and Sin Cara defeated Jinder Mahal and Drew McIntyre. In case you are wondering, Sin Cara almost screwed up his entrance. Great Khali did a chop for the win.

Alberto Del Rio defeated Wade Barrett in a no disqualifications World Heavyweight Championship match. Tables, kendo sticks and chairs were weapons used in the match. Wade was going for a flying elbow and Alberto hit a bulldog through the table for the winning pin.

No word on the upcoming PPV in June for Chicago was given and no advertisement for their next show was given.
