WWE Declares Quarterly Dividend

STAMFORD, Conn.– WWE (NYSE:WWE) announced that its Board of Directors today declared the Company's regular quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share for all Class A and B shares of common stock. The record date for the dividend will be March 15, 2013, and the payment date will be March 25, 2013.

WWE Annual Shareholders Meeting to be held on April 26, 2013

STAMFORD, Conn.– WWE (NYSE:WWE) will hold its 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 10 a.m. EST on Friday, April 26th, 2013 at the Company's headquarters. For those who wish to attend and have admission tickets, registration will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. ET.

The record date for voting at the meeting has been set as the close of business on Monday, March 4, 2013. The meeting will be limited to stockholders (or their authorized representative) having evidence of their WWE stock ownership as of such date.
