WWE NXT Recap: Triple Threat Number One Contender's Match, More

Justin Gabriel (with Tyson Kidd) vs. Leo Kruger
They tie up and go to the corner. The ref breaks it up, and Gabriel lands a chop. They tie up again, and Gabriel lands another chop, followed by a hip toss. Gabriel keeps Kruger's head locked in. Kruger tries to fight back, but Gabriel locks in a head scissors, followed by another hip toss. Kruger fights out and lands a hip toss of his own, keeping Gabriel's head locked. He clubs Gabriel in the corner.
Gabriel fights back with a hurricanrana, and then kicks Kruger out of the ring. Back from commercial and Kruger has Gabriel in a headlock. He lands a spine buster on Gabriel for a near pin fall. Kruger tosses Gabriel into the ring post, and then goes to work on his arm. Gabriel fights back with a leg sweep, but Kruger lands an arm bar takedown and goes back to work on his arm.
Eventually Gabriel fights back with a drop toehold, followed by multiple kicks. He keeps the offense up, landing a crossbody. He goes up top, but Kruger knocks him to the apron. He then clotheslines Gabriel in half for a near pin fall. He puts Gabriel on the turnbuckle, and climbs up for a superplex attempt. Gabriel fights back with a sunset flip. Gabriel then lands the 450 Splash for the win.
Winner: Justin Gabriel
After the match, Kruger attacks Gabriel with one of Tyson Kidd's crutches.
Aksana vs. Emma
Aksana kicks Emma in the gut and whips her to the corner. She then slams Emma's head to the mat. Emma goes to the apron. Aksana tries to pull her up by her hair but Emma drops down. Emma then heads into the ring and slams Aksana's head to the mat. Emma kicks Aksana in the gut, and then mocks Aksana's crawl.
Aksana trips Emma and she falls into the bottom rope. Aksana then hits a pair of body slams, followed by an elbow drop for a near pin fall. Emma fights back with a punch, and then slams Aksana's head into the corner. She then grabs Aksana by her hair and slams her behind to the mat. Emma keeps Aksana's head locked in.
Emma gets Aksana in a Suplex position, but Aksana pushes her to the corner. She charges, but Emma puts up a boot. Aksana then hits a Spinebuster for the win.
After the match, Bo Dallas is shown backstage, unconscious on the ground. The doctor and a pair of refs are checking on him.
Corey Graves vs. Conor O'Brian- Number One Contender Match
Graves goes for Conor's leg, but Conor tosses him across the ring. Graves locks in a waist lock, but Conor slings him across the ring again. Conor hits a series of shoulder knock downs, followed by three hip tosses in rapid succession. He keeps Graves' head locked in. Conor then vice grips Graves' trapezius.
Back from commercial and Conor tosses Graves to the outside. Conor heads out and bounces Graves' head off the apron. He sends Graves into the ring and boots him in the head multiple times. Graves dropkicks Conor's knee, and then slams it into the ring post several times. He then goes to work on Conor's knee for several minutes.
Conor eventually fights out, but Graves immediately takes Conor's knee out again with a kick and goes back to work for several minutes. Back from commercial and the two are exchanging strikes on the outside. Graves rolls Conor into the ring and elbows Conor's knee. Conor fights back with several big strikes, and then tosses Graves across the ring.
The lights go out and when they come back on, The Shield is attacking Graves and Conor.
Winner: No Contest
They triple powerbomb Graves, and then Conor. Dean Ambrose grabs a mic and says that NXT needs to keep its guard up because it can't run from justice. Seth Rollins then takes the mic and says The Shield exists to right the wrongs of the WWE. He says things will get better, but before they do they will get worse.
He says if you don't believe him ask Sheamus, John Cena and Ryback how bad things can get. Roman Reigns then takes the mic and says they are always watching, and no one is outside their reach. Ambrose then says believe in The Shield as they exit the ring.
