Winner by pin: Cody Rhodes

- We go to Cole and Miz at ringside and Miz talks about how much fun he had with Ric Flair on Monday. Cole sends to video of Triple H's promo on Brock Lesnar.

- We go back to the ring for the entrance of Sin Cara, dressed in pink, and then a break.

- We return as Antonio Cesaro removes his shirt in the ring and hands over at ringside and the bell rings.

Sin Cara vs. Antonio Cesaro

Cesaro takes Cara down immediately and slaps him around on the back of the head to add insult. Cara hits a beautiful takedown on Cesaro to send him out of the ring. Cara leaps out of the ring and delivers a hurricanrana to Cesaro on the floor. Cara throws Cesaro back in and sunset flips in the ring himself. Cesaro tries to keep his balance in the same spot we saw last week and finally reaches down between his legs and grabs Cara by the head and tosses him across the ring.

Cesaro keeps control and hits a gutwrench slam for 2. Cesaro goes into a sleeper but Cara gets to his feet and Cesaro just lets go and sends Cara in. Cara counters off the ropes and rolls Cesaro up in a small package for 2. Cara slams Cesaro in a beautiful lucha lubre exchange and gets 2. Sin Cara hits a ridiculously cool-looking extended tilt-a-whirl head scissors takedown and Cesaro goes flying out of the ring. Cara charges but Cesaro catches him with a beautiful uppercut through the ropes from the floor.

Cesaro smiles and adjusts his neck and goes up top. Cara hits the Enzuigiri and runs up for a hurricanrana but Cesaro blocks it and locks in for a powerbomb. Cara reverses momentum in mid-flight and hits the hurricanrana; Cesaro sells it beautifully. Cara scrambles in for the cover and gets the surprising win.

Winner by pin: Sin Cara

Cara celebrates and runs up the ramp. Cesaro doesn't know what hit him. Cesaro clutches his title in the ring after a replay.

Instant Reaction: Going into this match I was sure The U.S. Champ Cesaro would get the win especially after losing so prominently to Ryback on RAW and Orton recently. That is a whole other issue I won't tackle here but I will say that it should come as no surprise that Cesaro gave Sin Cara what is likely his best match to date since joining the company. These two had great chemistry and their timing was crisp. Cara's offense has rarely looked better on WWE television. It will be interesting to see how this win for Cara plays out and hopefully something comes from it because WWE having their U.S. Champ lose again on TV for no good reason is not a good thing.

- A video package runs of CM Punk's win on RAW mashed-up with a vignette for his match with The Undertaker at WrestleMania.

- The last eight minutes of the Rock-Cena promo from RAW is shown. We go off the air with a shot of Cena and Rock standing with the WrestleMania NY/NJ sign in between them.
