- As noted earlier, The Rock's latest movie, GI Joe: Retaliation, opened huge worldwide to a massive $132 million. The movie is estimated to finish the weekend with $51.7 million domestically and $80.3 million overseas. Triple H commented on the success of the movie, writing on his Twitter, "Congrats to @TheRock GI Joe #1 #bootstoboxofficeasses now lets set another record in 7days"
