"I was offered a developmental deal [by WWE], Tommy Dreamer called me up and offered me a deal and he said 'you have time to think about it,'" Punk said. "At the time I guess I was the guy to sign, I don't know. I wasn't going to get any better doing what I was doing and there wasn't anywhere else to go except national television. I talked with TNA then, and they knew that there was an offer from WWE on the table and they... they tried to sign me and it was kind of laughable. For a hot minute I was laughing about the situation I was in because I really could have gone either way."
Punk also discussed hating Lex Luger growing up, the impact Chris Candido had on his career, his relationship with Paul Heyman and more.
