Sound Off: What Should WWE Do If Dolph Ziggler Can't Compete At Extreme Rules? Photo: Todd Twilley
As noted earlier, World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler suffered a concussion at last night's SmackDown taping while interfering in Jack Swagger's match with Big E. Langston. Ziggler underwent testing and the results should be available later this week, and his status for Extreme Rules is currently in the air.

What should WWE do if Ziggler is unable to compete at the PPV? Should he be stripped of the title? Should the bout be scrapped altogether? Should Del Rio still face Swagger in a one-on-one match? Sound off with your thoughts in the "Comments" section below.
