- Former WWE announcer Jack Korpela is now the head sports anchor for KVOA in Tucson, Arizona. Korpela talked to TucsonWeekly.com about the job and noted he spoke with former WWE announcer and Tucson anchor Todd Grisham about if he should take the job or not. Korpela said of his time with WWE:
"I got a job offer and was up there for five years. It was a great experience that gave me all kinds of opportunities as a broadcaster. I worked as a studio host, announcer, I got to travel, so I was able to do a lot of things that helped me come into my own as a broadcaster, but in the back of my mind I knew I was a broadcaster and sports journalist at heart and never wanted to lose focus on the main goal."
