- As noted earlier, former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson has signed a multi-year partnership with TNA and Bellator MMA. TNA President Dixie Carter commented on the big signing, writing on her Twitter, "MMA Icon, Movie Star & now @IMPACTWRESTLING Superstar! Welcome Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson (@Rampage4real) to the family."

- The official Twitter feed for Impact Wrestling also posted the following tweet: "BIG NEWS from TNA President @TNADixie with the announcement of @Rampage4real to the @IMPACTWRESTLING Superstar roster! welcome to the fam!"

- F4WOnline.com reports that TNA announcer Todd Keneley has been dropped by the promotion. Keneley was informed at this past Sunday's Slammiversary pay-per-view that the event would be his last broadcast. He had joined the announce team last October.
