5/27 RAW Breakdown: Curtis Axel Vs. John Cena, The Shield Defending Titles, More

Due to the Memorial Day holiday, numbers were late for for the May 27th RAW. That show did a 2.80 cable rating with 3.94 million viewers.

For the segment breakdown from The Wrestling Observer, Alberto Del Rio vs. Big E Langston lost 215,000 viewers from the opener. Backstage segments with Bret Hart and Team Hell No lost 363,000 viewers. Dean Ambrose vs. Kofi Kingston lost 67,000 viewers. Kane and Daniel Bryan vs. Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns in the 9pm timeslot gained 119,000 viewers for a 2.72 quarter rating.

Fandango vs. Wade Barrett with The Miz as special referee gained 73,000 viewers. Tensai, Brodus Clay and The Great Khali vs. 3MB lost 48,000 viewers. The Highlight Reel with Chris Jericho and Paul Heyman gained 317,000 viewers in the 10pm timeslot, for a 2.97 quarter rating.

Kaitlyn and Natalya vs. The Bella Twins lost 421,000 viewers. Sheamus and Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow gained 80,000 viewers. The main event with John Cena vs. Curtis Axel gained a solid 627,000 viewers for a show-high 3.16 overrun rating.
