UFC 162 Top Fight Results: Anderson Silva Dethroned, Watch The Post-Fight Presser

UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva's near seven-year reign came to an end to Chris Weidman at tonight's UFC 162 pay-per-view. Weidman scored a takedown early in the fight, and found some early success until both men got to their feet. From there, Silva started clowning Weidman and mocking his punching power.

Silva continued more of the same in the second round, as he mocked getting hurt from Weidman's punches. While Silva was clowning Weidman, he got caught with a hard left hand right on the jaw. Weidman followed up with several more punches to the ground, and the fight was stopped at 1:18 of the second round.

In the evening's co-main event, Frankie Edgar returned to his winning ways by defeating Charles Oliveira via unanimous decision.

You can watch the post-fight press conference in the video above.
