Mayor Declares TNA Impact Wrestling Day, Chris Sabin On If He Has Anything Left To Prove

- TNA held a press conference in Little Rock, Arkansas earlier this week to promote the Impact Wrestling taping in Little Rock on September 26th. At the presser, TNA World Heavyweight Champion Chris Sabin presented the Mayor of Little Rock with a replica belt. The mayor responded by declaring September 26th "TNA Impact Wrestling Day" in Little Rock. You can check out the press conference in the video above.

- Speaking of Sabin, The Flagship interviewed him this past week to promote next Thursday's Hardcore Justice episode of Impact in Norfolk, VA. During the interview, Sabin was asked if he had anything left to prove to the company and the fans after winning the title.

"I think there is a lot more to prove," Sabin said. "Winning the championship is one thing, but holding on to the championship is another. You're just a walking target for everyone. You have what everyone else is working their butts off to get. I think that I have to be a fighting champion, to not just win the belt, but to hold on to the belt and defend it over, and over, and over."

- Sabin also did a lot of media this past week in Little Rock. You can check him out appearing on FOX16 below:
