WWE Live Event Results From Washington DC (9/1): Daniel Bryan Vs. Randy Orton
Thanks to WrestlingINC.com reader Tom Reddy for sending in these results from last night's WWE live event in Washington, DC:

* Dolph Ziggler defeated Big E Langston

* U.S. Champion Dean Ambrose faced R-Truth. Ambrose won after he held Truth's jeans for the pin.

* Next was a fan's vote for a Divas six women match or a dance off. The crowd voted for a dance off with the Divas, but it turned into the 6 Diva tag with Natalya, Kaitlyn & Naomi vs. AJ Lee, Brie Bella & Layla. Horrible dance off and a really bad match. Layla missed a drop kick and Brie appeared to be laughing about it and couldn't stop smiling for a few minutes. The babyfaces got the win.

* Ryback defeated Kofi Kingston with Shellshocked.

* Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins defended the tag titles on the line against Rob Van Dam and The Big Show. Crowd was definitely behind RVD, and Big Show appeared to be having fun. Ambrose interfered, causing a DQ. The faces then cleared the ring of the heels.

Intermission

* The Wyatt Family defeated the Usos.

* CM Punk defeated Curtis Axel (w/ Paul Heyman) in a No DQ match. Heyman said that Axel didn't have to defend the belt tonight due to a clause in his contract.

* WWE Champion Randy Orton pinned Daniel Bryan. Bryan had Orton in the No Lock when Brad Maddox ran down and pulled the ref out. The Shield came out, and Bryan cleared the ring allowing Orton to nail him with the RKO for the win. The Shield and Orton all started beating on Bryan until R-Truth, Dolph Ziggler and RVD ran out and made the save. Orton took off, and the faces then beat down The Shield to end the show.
