- It appears CM Punk will not be appearing at the October 20th Wizard World Comic Con in Nashville, Tennessee. WWE is still advertising Punk for the event but he tweeted on Wednesday:

"Sigh. Looks like I *am* off Nashville @WizardWorld. Three cheers for professionalism and communication. I'd take it up with them y'all."

- The final rating for Friday's WWE SmackDown was a 1.93, slightly up from last week's 1.90. As noted, Friday's show drew 2,794,000 viewers, up from the previous week.

- Dusty Rhodes teased on Twitter that Cody Rhodes would be releasing a statement soon regarding his "firing" on Monday's RAW.
