UFC 164 Behind The Scenes Video, Sonnen Picks Shields-Maia Winner, UFN 29 Weigh In Results

- In preparation for tonight's UFC Fight Night 29 event, UFC president Dana White released a new video blog. This latest installment focuses on August's UFC 164 event, where Anthony Pettis dethroned Benson Henderson for the lightweight title.

- UFC fighter and analyst Chael Sonnen offered his prediction for tonight's UFN 29 welterweight main event between Jake Shields and Demian Maia. Sonnen, who has a submission loss to Maia on his record, broke down the fight on the latest edition of UFC Tonight.

"I've been in the ring with Demian Maia," Sonnen said. "He's aggressive and his pressure is unbelievable. His takedowns are nothing short of effective. These guys are mirror images, they're very close. Jake Shields is a brawler, but when it hits the ground he's a true tactician.

"I believe Jake Shields will have better position for the majority of the fight, and Shields wins a decision."
