As noted earlier, F4WOnline.com noted yesterday that Vince McMahon was being advertised locally to appear at this Monday's RAW at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. The arena's official website is advertising an appearance from "the McMahon's," while the WWE.com event page for the show has Vince McMahon listed.
It's important to note that you can't take WWE's advertised line-ups at face value. For instance, Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan were advertised to square off in the dark match main event at the October 15th SmackDown taping, even though the company knew well ahead of time that both men would be headed to Abu Dhabi and not be able to appear.
It should also be noted that while Vince McMahon appears on the event page for Monday's show, he has also appeared on the event page for pretty much every RAW since SummerSlam, including the October 14th show in St.Louis and the October 7th show in Pittsburgh. That doesn't necessarily mean that he won't appear, but you can't strictly go off of company advertising.
