- Bellator MMA announced today that Quinton "Rampage" Jackson will make his Bellator debut against recently released UFC light heavyweight Joey Beltran on Friday, November 15th from Atlantic City's Revel live on Spike TV. The event will broadcast live starting at 9 p.m. EST on Spike TV, with the preliminary card being streamed live and free on Spike.com starting at 6:30 p.m. EST.

Rampage was originally scheduled to face Tito Ortiz at the first-ever Bellator pay-per-view on November 2nd, however the bout was nixed after Ortiz suffered an injury and the card was changed to a free show. Beltran fought in the UFC as recently as two weeks ago, when he suffered a split decision loss to Fábio Maldonado at UFC Fight Night: Maia vs. Shields on October 9th. The UFC cut Beltran last week following the loss.

"I want to thank Joey Beltran for stepping up for the fight so I can get my first Bellator victory out of the way," Rampage said. "He'll have the unfortunate honor of taking the ass whooping I was going to give Tito. My body is in incredible shape right now. I feel like I did in PRIDE, and Joey Beltran is the right guy to put on an exciting fight and showcase what I've been working on."
