Photo Of Kurt Angle Wrestling On Indian TV Show, Angle & Gail Kim Appearance, More On TNA In India

- As noted earlier, Kurt Angle and Gail Kim are in India doing promotional work through the end of the week. Both Superstars will be at the Wave Mall in Lucknow on Thursday at 6:30pm to meet fans and sign autographs. You can also check out Angle trying his hand at speaking some Hindi during a shoot in the video above. Angle says "awaaz nichay," which means, "lower your voice."

- IndianTelevision.com has an article at this link about Sony Six, India's Premier Sports Entertainment Channel, recently announcing that they have acquired the exclusive broadcasting rights to TNA Wrestling's full catalog of programming. The channel will air Impact Wrestling, Xplosion, Greatest Matches and Unfinished Business, as well as their four pay-per-views and eight "One Night Only" specials throughout the year. The article also noted that the network will be promoting that TNA brand "very aggressively."

"TNA is a young brand compared to its competition and we found a similar fit with Sony Six, which is also a fairly young brand and it already has properties like UFC and IPL; the ideas that they brought to the table were just too good to resist and that is how the multi-year deal came about," said TNA executive VP Andy Barton.

- While in India, Kurt Angle filmed an episode of the Indian television series, Balveer. In the last episode of the season, Angle battles Dev Joshi, who plays the title role of Balveer. You can check out a photo of Angle and Joshi below.
