WWE Smackdown Recap With Video: CM Punk & The Usos Vs. The Shield, Tag Titles Defended, More

A recap of Daniel Bryan joining the Wyatt Family on RAW is shown to open this week's episode of Smackdown. Michael Cole and JBL are on commentary.

The Shield comes down to the ring. Dean Ambrose takes the mic and he says that they've heard that people are saying the Shield is crumbling. He says that the people saying that are wrong, and CM Punk is wrong if he thinks he can divide and conquer the Shield. The Shield cannot be divided. Roman Reigns takes the mic and says Ambrose is right. He says that to divide a group you have to take out its weakest link, and they have none.

Seth Rollins takes the mic and says in the end they will prevail because they will do what they do best and dominate. Believe in the Shield.

The Usos come out for their entrance.

The Usos vs. Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns

Dean Ambrose gets on commentary for this match. Reigns and Jimmy start off. Reigns backs him into the corner. He hits Jimmy with strikes and headbutts. Reigns tosses him into the other corner and stomps on him. Rollins tags in and lands a few strikes. Jimmy hits a clothesline. He rams his shoulder into Rollins's gut. Jey tags in and hits a flying forearm. He hits Rollins with a forearm and then locks in his arm. Jimmy tags in and the Usos double team Rollins. Rollins fights back with chops. Jimmy lands strikes to the head, but Rollins hits a kick to the stomach. Jimmy hits a back body drop. Jey tags in and arm drags Rollins to the mat. He keeps Rollins's arm locked in.

Rollins gets to his feet and strikes Jey in the back of the neck. He kicks Jey in the stomach and whips him. Jimmy tags himself in, and Jey hits a shot to the head. Jimmy clotheslines Rollins to the outside. Back in the ring, the Usos double super kick Reigns and clothesline him out of the ring. Rollins gets back in, and the Usos toss him out of the ring and into Reigns as things go to commercial.

Back from commercial and Jey is in control of Rollins. Reigns is able to tag in and hits a back elbow. He strikes Jey on the mat. Reigns lands several boot stomps. Jey goes to the apron, and Reigns pulls him up and clubs him in the chest. Reigns hits a vertical Suplex for a two count. Rollins tags in and hits a shot to the stomach. Rollins tosses Jey into the corner. He drops an elbow on Jey's arm. Rollins lands a headbutt. He locks Jey in an arm submission. Jey gets to his feet and tosses Rollins off. He tries to tag in Jimmy, but Rollins grabs him and tosses him onto the ropes. Reigns tags in.

Reigns drops an elbow on Jey. He goes to work on Jey's arm. Reigns lands a big punch to the head on the mat. He wraps Jey's arm around the bottom rope and pulls it. Reigns locks in Jey's head from behind on the mat. Jey fights out via back elbows. Reigns charges, and Jey pulls the ropes down, sending Reigns outside. Jey crawls to his corner. Reigns tries to stop him, and Jey kicks him off. Rollins and Jimmy tag in. Jimmy has the hot tag. He hits Rollins with several clotheslines, a super kick, and a Samoan drop. Jimmy goes for the corner hip attack, but Rollins rolls out of the ring. Reigns gets in the ring, and Jimmy hits a kick to the head. The Usos toss Reigns out of the ring and near Rollins. They both go for a dive, and Dean Ambrose gets up and trips them.

Winners via DQ: The Usos

The Shield attack the Usos after the match. CM Punk's music hits and he runs down to the ring. Punk takes it to Ambrose and Rollins. He tosses them out of the ring. The Usos go for a double Superkick on Reigns, but he slides out of the ring. The Usos and CM Punk stand tall in the ring.
