Jeff Hardy Returns To The Ring, DirecTV Picks Up TNA PPV, Wrestle-1 Update

- Jeff Hardy returned to the ring at last night's OMEGA Championship Wrestling event in North Carolina. He teamed with Hurricane Helms and Matt Hardy to win a six-man main event. Jeff did not wrestle as Willow. The event was sold out and apparently drew a large crowd for indie standards. Matt noted on social media before the show that they were trying to persuade the local Fire Marshall to let them sell standing room only tickets. Hardy posted a Facebook video of fans lined up around the building before the show began.

- After DirecTV recently decided not to air TNA's One Night Only: Old School pay-per-view, they have picked it up. It aired for the first time on DirecTV this past Friday night and will air again on February 24th and February 27th. No word yet if DirecTV will air future One Night Only pay-per-views.

- There's a rumor in Japan that TNA's next event with Wrestle-1 will take place in early May of this year. Nippon Television's G+ Sports recently confirmed that the March 2nd Outbreak pay-per-view will air live in Japan from 6pm until 10:30pm. Obviously the Outbreak pay-per-view that airs in the United States later this year won't run 4 1/2 hours.
