WWE's Owen Hart Message Before Over The Edge 1999, More On WWE Network Launch Issues

- There continues to be issues reported with the WWE Network. Everything from sign-ups, payment processing, lagging with video on demand and more. I'm using PS3 to view, on a very strong internet connection, and have no problems on the live channel but the on demand content lags in a very bad way.

- Several people have noted that a lot of the dates on the on demand content are wrong.

- The WWE Over The Edge 1999 pay-per-view opens up with a graphic of Owen Hart and a message that says, "In memory of Owen Hart (1965-1999) who accidentally passed away during this broadcast."
