Jim Ross Blog: Rollins Standing Out, Time Limits In Wrestling, Ross Report, Ringside Events

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross is back with a new blog on jrsbarbq.com. As always, you can purchase JR's BBQ products on WWEshop.com. Here are some highlights from this entry:

- Happy to report that our Ross Report podcast is ranked #1 on the ITunes Sports Top Ten in the USA, Canada, and the UK. Thanks to all of you who download it, FREE, and helped us earn these great results. A new podcast drops, at the latest, every Wednesday at podcastone.com and on ITunes. Spread the word and let's keep growing the brand.

- We are actively looking at sites for future RINGSIDE: An Evening with Jim Ross shows which feature our No Holds Barred Q&A's. We have several dates penciled in and hope to be making some announcements soon.

- Interesting feedback from a past Podcast topic regarding why TV Wrestling Companies don't utilize time limits or draws from time to time. A competitive match with an added sense of urgency because of a time limit is much more appealing to me than a flaccid disqualification or a lame count out.

Having a presentation billed as an athletic contest that has no time limit for all the matches is not reality based.

- Just a casual observation but Seth Rollins has stood out recently on WWE TV and has illustrated how one maximizes their minutes.
