Gina Carano Open To UFC Run, Hendo Ready To Fill In For Weidman, Rousey's Latest Pro Wrestling Video

- Gina Carano recently talked with FOX Sports and indicated that she is "very open" to fighting for the UFC. Carano, who took a break from MMA in 2009 to focus on acting, spoke about joining the organization.

"I don't mind it at all. I've never retired. I've never officially said that," she said. "For some reason a part of me has always kept it open. I don't know, there's a certain part of me that thinks if circumstances were right, and I could keep doing what I'm trying to make my future into, that's an ideal world. If circumstances were right, you never know. I'm very open to it."

- Current UFC Middleweight Champion Chris Weidman was forced to pull out of his championship defense against Lyoto Machida at UFC 173 following a knee injury that will require minor surgery.

Former Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion Dan Henderson, who recently defeated Shogun Rua via TKO at UFC Fight Night in Brazil, took to Twitter to volunteer to fight Machida.

"Hey @danawhite, let me have @lyotomachidafw, just like you let him have @jonnybones when I got hurt @ufc"

Dana White has yet to respond. Meanwhile, Weidman vs. Machida has been rescheduled for UFC 175 on July 5.
