- Midget wrestler Short Sleeve Sampson will be appearing at this Sunday's Extreme Rules pay-per-view, most likely as part of the "WeeLC" match between El Torito and Hornswoggle. He has portrayed several parody characters in WWE in the past, and has also appeared for TNA.

- WWE.com has a story here looking at the impact that Sabu has had on the business. The story features comments from Rob Van Dam, Dean Ambrose, Mick Foley and Seth Rollins. Paul Heyman was also interviewed, who discussed Sabu's place in wrestling history.

"Whether Sabu gets the credit in history he deserves, the answer is no," Heyman said. "But who do you blame for that? Do you blame the curator of the industry, WWE, for not acknowledging the contributions that Sabu made? Do you blame Sabu for not staying healthy enough to force history to acknowledge his contributions? Do you blame the audience who only sings the praises of Sabu crashing through tables, and not all the many other ways Sabu was so unique at his height?"
