The UFC will still be releasing "Embedded" this week, a video blog series highlighting UFC 175, which takes place this Saturday. As always, Wrestling Inc. will have complete coverage of the card, which features Chris Weidman against Lyoto Machida for the middleweight title.

- WWE Hall of Famer "Stone Cold" Steve Austin made a stop by The MMA Hour this week to discuss his career and the sport of MMA. Austin, who admitted he prefers MMA to pro wrestling today, also gave an insight into Saturday's main event between Chris Weidman and Lyoto Machida at UFC 175.

"I'll be cheering for Chris Weidman, but that will be a good fight with him and Lyoto Machida," Austin said. "He's a bad ass, he's well-rounded, he's a good kid and a good human being. It'll be a hell of a fight between him and Lyoto because Machida has looked great at 185. He's coming in with a ton of experience, but I just think that it's Weidman's time now and he will prevail."

Austin elaborated on his reason for saying "Totally MMA" when asked which of the two he prefers, adding, "I can still watch as a fan, a complete fan. I know the game of professional wrestling and I can see right through that. This keeps me a little bit more surprised. I come from pro wrestling and I always will love it, but just as a fan, I get more out of watching MMA because I don't know everything."

- Ex-UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva has an eye on a potential fight with Nick Diaz. Silva, who suffered a broken leg in a December loss to Chris Weidman for the belt, recently told members of the Brazilian media about his return status.

"(My left shin) is stronger than the other one, way stronger than the other one," said Silva, who broke his left leg in the loss. "I'm training, and it's helping me a lot in training. I'm a little insecure about my movements."

As for talks of facing Diaz, Silva stated "if everybody is saying that it would be an interesting fight, what am I going to say? It could be an interesting fight."
