Rock once again confirmed that the night after WrestleMania 29 he was supposed to start a long-term feud with Brock Lesnar, but that was derailed after he tore two tendons from his pelvis in his match with John Cena. He said that Rock vs. Lesnar was slated to be one of the main events for WrestleMania 30, and if it went well, they would have had a Visit Wrestling Inc. rematch next year at WrestleMania 31. Rock noted that there are other plans for Lesnar now.
As for returning to the ring, Rock said that he has spoken with Vince McMahon about an in-ring return, and it's just a matter of finding out what opponent makes sense and would have the marquee value of a Cena or Lesnar. Rock noted that there are up and coming stars like Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns, and he's not sure when, but he would love to go back.
