Jon Jones And Daniel Cormier Brawl During UFC Media Event (With Video)

UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones and his next contender, Daniel Cormier, came to blows during an Ultimate Media Day event in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Monday.

After conducting interviews with members of the media, the two did the typical face-off on-stage. However, after going face-to-face, Cormier shoved Jones. "Bones" responded by swinging at "DC" and the two tumbled off the back of the stage. Neither fighter were injured, but several in attendance were involved in the ordeal.

Immediately following security and officials separating Jones and Cormier the two continued their feud via Twitter, exchanging a series of messages. Jones wrote:

"Come on DC where was your takedown defense? I put you on your back in six seconds. Put some ice on that face DC, you got lots of interviews tomorrow... Lol those baby punches from the bottom, I really hope you have more prepared than that for when I take you down again"

Cormier replied:

"I got some td def for you. Don't ever put ur dirty face on me again. I won't let another man get in my face and put his forehead against mine. I will react every time. @JonnyBones next time I will slap you."

Jones and Cormier also appeared on ESPN's "SportsCenter" just hours after the incident.
