- Alistair Overeem is still an active member of the UFC's heavyweight roster, according to UFC president Dana White. Appearing on a recent episode of UFC Tonight, White confirmed plans to keep Overeem around despite a third knockout loss.

"He is still one of the Top-10 ranked heavyweights in the world," White said. "We'll give him another fight."

After coming over from Strikeforce and defeating Brock Lesnar to secure a title shot, Overeem has had a rough time. He was suspended for a failed drug test and has lost to Ben Rothwell, Antonio Silva and Travis Browne. He did defeat Frank Mir, putting his UFC record at 2-3.

- With Luke Rockhold and Michael Bisping set to fight, two other middleweights could be booked soon. According to a report on UFC Tonight, things are looking good for a Lyoto Machida-C.B. Dollaway contest later this year.

The report states December 20 in Brazil as a likely date for the two. Machida, a former light heavyweight champion, lost to middleweight champion Chris Weidman earlier this year. Dollaway, an Ultimate Fighter runner-up, has won two straight since a split decision loss to Tim Boetsch.
