More On WWE Selling Advertising On The WWE Network, Linda McMahon Note, WWE In Springfield

- As noted earlier, WWE announced today that the WWE Network will begin to run advertisements. There will be no commercial breaks during scheduled programming, however there will be 30 second video advertisements between shows and occasional advertising before on-demand content. AdAge reports that Pepsi, Mattel and Kmart are among the first advertisers. Ads will begin appearing this week, and 1-2 30 second spots will be shown on every fourth stream for on-demand content.

- WWE will return to Springfield, MO for a live event at the JQH Arena on Sunday, November 30th. Tickets go on sale this Saturday at 10 a.m.

- Former WWE CEO Linda McMahon will host the second segment of the Women Can Have It All Sacred Heart University series on women in leadership this Wednesday, October 15 at 3 p.m. McMahon also hosted the first segment this past April, and her first guest was daughter Stephanie.

"As a former CEO, I want to show women that there are no limits to what they can achieve, whether through entrepreneurship, government, science or any path they choose," McMahon said. "And there is plenty of room for women at the top."
