WWE Awards Scholarships To Former Talent, Charles Robinson Shows Off His Horror Room (Video)

- In the above video, referee Charles Robinson reveals his horror obsession.

- The Undertaker briefly trended as the No. 1 topic on Yahoo.com today.

- The official WWE website revealed last week in a "Where Are They Now?" article on Maria Kanellis that she was the first person to be awarded the WWE Talent Scholarship, which she'll be using to help finish her degree at Johnson & Wales University. Two other ex-talents are being awarded a scholarship in the amount up to $5,000 per calendar year: former WWE Superstar Paul Burchill and ex-developmental wrestler Michael Thompson.

This was announced today on the WWE Community website, which says that "talent must use scholarship money toward college level courses with an aim toward obtaining a college degree or completing a certificate program at an accredited university or trade school."

WWE profiles Thompson here. He was in WWE's developmental system at Florida Championship Wrestling from July 2007 to April 2008, but it does not appear that he wrestled on a show; there are no immediate search engine results on him wrestling at an FCW event. After leaving wrestling behind, Thompson enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He is currently finishing his Master of Public Administration at Old Dominion University where he is the Graduate Assistant for Veterans and Distance Learners with Disabilities in the Office of Educational Accessibility. Once he graduates, he plans to use his degrees to support veterans with disabilities.

Burchill performed for WWE from 2005 to 2010. Following his release from the organization, he began working full-time as a firefighter.
