* Despite being a wrestler, entertainer and a businessman, Triple H said his favorite and most important job is being a father. He said having to juggle all of those jobs is what motivated he and Stephanie McMahon to develop the new WWE fitness DVD's. Time is important to people, and the new series helps out with people short on time.

* Triple H says he looks for charisma in a superstar first and foremost. It's really hard to train someone to be charismatic. He said moves and fitness and physicality can be taught, but charisma often times can't. He pointed to Mick Foley as a prime example of how charisma makes people want to watch someone.

* He says a lot of people are following WWE's lead with the WWE Network. Triple H says they're ahead of the curve by having live content. People are taking to it slowly but surely because the traditional method of PPV has been pounded in to fans' heads for 30 years. He said they're happy with the 700,000 subscriber number in the first 8 months.

* HHH says that when in the board room he has to look at things both as a wrestler and a businessman. Living both sides has helped him.

* Triple H is asked about how losing co-workers to death affects him, and he said he's been surrounded by it for years. He said it happens in every business and people are responsible for their own decisions, but they try to protect their talent like never before. He said he's seen people walk out of the company as opposed to getting help.

* Triple H is asked if the intensity inside the ring is hard to not carry over elsewhere. He said after tearing your quad on live TV and being given 9 months to come back, it's hard for a guy who sits at a computer all day to complain about his back and sympathize with them.

* Triple H says Randy Savage was one of the biggest stars ever, and well-deserved to be in the Hall of Fame. He said Savage's family is excited for the induction.

* He says the WWE Fit Series and Power Series is available on DVD, in stores and on-demand.
