WWE Superstar Filming TV Pilot, The Rock Hypes New Movie, Top WWE Stars At NBC Upfronts
- Titus O'Neil, The Bella Twins, Natalya, Roman Reigns, Hulk Hogan and Chris Jericho will be representing WWE at the NBCUniversal upfronts this Thursday from the Jacob Javits Center in New York City. Jericho and Hogan will be presenting the new season of Tough Enough, the Divas will be presenting Total Divas while Reigns & Titus will be introducing RAW, and helping to promote SmackDown's move to USA in January 2016.
- As note, The Rock will be starring in DreamWorks' Alpha Squad Seven, a sci-fi action comedy. Rock wrote the following on Instagram about the movie:
"It's a big one. Excited to announce our partnership w/ DreamWorks & my long time producer Beau Flynn. I'll star in and produce (along w/ Flynn) ALPHA SQUAD 7 – a big sci-fi action comedy. Thank you DreamWorks CEO Michael Wright and the man himself – Steven Spielberg – for wanting to partner up and make something globally awesome for the fans. And as for the fans – can't wait to create these characters for y'all – handsome, charming, ass kicking, flawed and slightly cranky of a hero leading the one and only Alpha Squad into space. - Chris Jericho, who recently announced that he will be returning to action for WWE this summer, just signed a deal for a new History Channel pilot. He tweeted the following:
