Stone Cold Stunner Grads Punished, Daniel Bryan's Trainer Refers Wrestler To WWE

- As noted earlier, a video went viral featuring two students performing a Stone Cold Stunner at a graduation ceremony at Miami Southwest High School last week, which you can watch above. The school is withholding their diplomas until after meeting with their parents next week. The student holding the WWE title belt in the video, Nicholas Dean, told Local 10 News that the stunt had been planned for several months and that the school wasn't happy with it.

"They told us we should be embarrassed and ashamed," said Dean.

Both students went on to note that despite getting in trouble with the school, the stunt was "totally worth it."

- The Monitor has a story here about Alvaro Riojas, who recently wrestled a tryout match for WWE and submitted an entry for Tough Enough. It was noted that he worked behind the scenes when WWE was in Texas last week, and he was referred to the company by his trainer, Rudy Boy Gonzalez, who runs Texas Wrestling Academy.

"Gonzalez actually trained Daniel Bryan, who is a huge star now," Riojas said. "It's crazy. Just thinking about it brings tears to my eyes because this was my dream since I was a kid."
