Another Sequel For Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson

According to The Hollywood Reporter, New Line Cinema is producing a sequel to last year's hit, San Andreas, which grossed over $155 million domestically and $473 million worldwide last year. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is set to return for the sequel, while Neil Widener and Gavin James will pen the script. Carla Gugino, Alexandra Daddario and Paul Giamatti are also set to return for the movie.

According to the article, the sequel will go global and focus on the Ring of Fire, which "circles the Pacific Ocean with fault lines and volcanoes and, according to scientists, is home to about 90 percent of the world's earthquakes."

Johnson is currently filming Baywatch, and is also set to film Fast 8 and Rampage later this year.
