- The second episode of UFC 197 Embedded has released, which shows former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon "Bones" Jones relaxing ahead of his interim title fight this Saturday. His opponent Ovince Saint Preux is also shown at a University of Tennessee spring football game.

- Ben Henderson, who fights this Friday at Bellator 153, made some waves on this week's MMA Hour when he said he may be done fighting soon. Henderson long said that he'd retire at 33, and on the show, he revealed why.

"The real reason, to be frank, is that I'll end up joining the military. I've always held a pretty strong civic duty. Us as Americans, we need to do a better job period," Henderson said.

- Also on the MMA Hour, Georges St-Pierre talked about a potential return, and noted that big fights are more important to him than championships at this point.

"The belt is the title and maybe I shouldn't say that. Maybe my manager will be angry. Yes, the belt means a lot. I would rather be known as the best ever than holding the belt. If you're the best and even if you don't have the belt and you're the best, it's more gratifying. The belt is a material thing. It's good. I won it a few times.
