As noted, Enzo Amore suffered what looked to be a significant injury at tonight's WWE Payback pay-per-view, seen in the video below. We noted before that Enzo, wearing a neck brace, was able to move his extremities and talk to paramedics while he was taken to a local hospital.
WWE just posted this update and noted that Enzo is undergoing testing at the hospital. Stay tuned for more updates on his condition.

CHICAGO - Enzo Amore was injured during the tag team match to determine the No. 1 contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championship and wheeled off in a stretcher by WWE medical personnel. The latest medical update is that Amore was responsive and moving his extremities, but was being taken to a local medical facility as a precaution and is undergoing testing.
The injury occurred when Amore, fighting The Vaudevillains alongside his partner Big Cass, looked to be sliding under the bottom rope. Instead, his face clipped the bottom rope, causing the back of his head to slam off the mat. The collision appeared to knock out Amore, who collapsed onto the floor just outside the ring.
