- While we reported last week that the rumored Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather rumors were unfounded according to Dana White, Floyd Mayweather himself says that he wants to make the fight a reality.
McGregor posted the following to Instagram yesterday as well.
- There is a bit of a silver lining in the situation surrounding the recently passed Bellator fighter Jordan Parsons, who was killed in a hit-and-run accident last week. 28 year-old Dennis Wright was arrested and faces multiple charges in relation to the death, including driving on a suspended license and tampering with evidence.
Wright is suspected to have been driving between 100 and 120 mph at the time in which he struck Parsons with his 2013 Range Rover Sport. Wright stashed the vehicle in a storage unit after a body shop refused to work on it. When police found the vehicle, it was missing the driver's side mirror -- which was recovered from the scene.
Wright has had his license suspended six times in the past, and was previously charged with assault on an officer or firefighter, DUI, disorderly intoxication, and marijuana possession.
