- WWE released new advertising this week for the WWE SmackDown taping on Tuesday, August 9th at Rabobank Arena in Bakersfield, CA. The main event for the show, likely a dark match, is WWE Champion Dean Ambrose, Kane & The Big Show vs. Bray Wyatt, Braun Strowman and Erick Rowan. I wouldn't read too much into if this reveals anything regarding the draft, as it's noted that "the exact lineup is subject to change. Tickets go on sale this Friday at AXS.com.

- WWE CFO George Barrios took part in an investor presentation today. At the presentation (h/t to TheStreet.com), Barrios once again said that the company expects 1.5 million paid subscribers at this quarter, which would be a 25% increase from Q1.
