Its domestic cume sits at $69.3 million, and the film is expected to reach the $100 million mark worldwide by the end of the week. Entertainment Weekly noted that the film "continues to overperform against expectations."

- Johnson also made The Hollywood Reporter's 100 "Most Powerful People in Entertainment" list, coming in at #54. He is listed above some industry bigwigs such as Titanic director James Cameron, Robert Downey Jr., Matt Damon, Martin Scorsese and his Central Intelligence co-star, Kevin Hart.
